InduQuip is the Dutch agent for the distribution of the new innovative palletising concept : i-Pal®    Palletising for only 2 eurocents per case!

During the exhibition Empack, that was held from the nineteenth till the twentiest of April last in the Brabanthallen exhibition centre in 's Hertogenbosch, InduQuip introduced itself as the Dutch agent of i-Pal®

i-Pal® is an innovative new palletisng concept that is produced by CSi Industries, and distributed on the Dutch market exclusively by InduQuip B.V. With the i-Pal® concept doors of small and mid-sized companies are opened and it enables these companies to automise its palletisation in an early stage within a very low budget. Because of its originality i-Pal®  is patented.

The concept consists of a robot including a gripperhead and pick point, a double pallet position, as well as the safety guardings. The complete construction of the robot cell is mounted on a steel frame that fits to a T in a seacontainer. At the customer the robot cell is taken out of the seacontainer, put on its place and anchered to its working spot and than connected to the electrical sypply, after a short while i-Pal® is palletising automatically, in short “plug & palletise”.

In the past due to costly machine technology of single roll sleeve wrappers they were only economically feasible for the high speed segment.

MEYPACK has now made this technology economically viable for the low speed segment as well with their new SW60M-25 multipacker.

The advantages in comparison to the well known sealing beam technicque are clear:

• Possibility of using registered printed film;
• Lower wear and tear thanks to the continuous movement process;
• Simple format change-over;
• Simple film reel change;
• Continuous product transport during the wrapping process.
• No sealing beam with the usual worn out parts and weak points

These many advantages for only slightly higher investment costs compared to the sealing beam technique for a capacity of up to 25 multipacks per minute or 50 multipacks per minute ( two lane) will ensure the success of this new technique.
